Release Highlights:
This release includes two new features: checklists and the ability to link issues together.
What's New?
Checklists
Reduce some of the mental load required to deal with incidents by setting up category checklists to help remember which steps to take.
Linked Incidents and Defects
Link relevant incidents and defects together to help get a better overall view of what's occurring. Workflows make life easier with prompts to suggest which categories of incidents and defects should be linked together, and auto-population makes raising new linked issues even faster with key data being pulled from the original incident / defect.
Bug Fixes:
Bug:
The departure board was difficult to read with text wrapping onto multiple lines.
Fix:
We’ve tweaked the width of some of the columns on the departure board to better suit the size of data held within. This includes expanding the width of the Origin, Destination and Last Location columns.
Bug:
Date and Time of Incident / Defect was an hour out between the details page and All Incidents / Defects grids.
Fix:
This was a time zone issue which has now been fixed across the IM site including the All Incidents / Defects pages, Incident / Defect Details pages, Departure Board and Train Drill Down page.
Bug:
Defect page table not filtering.
Fix:
This has now been fixed so that you can now filter by pretty much all of the columns on the All Defects grid.
Bug:
Unable to copy tags.
Fix:
You can now copy and paste tags of all types within IM..
Bug:
The Daily Incident report would sometimes cut off the Sickness graph.
Fix:
The Sickness graph will now get pushed onto a new page if there is not enough space.
Bug:
Some date range filters were not inclusive of the end date.
Fix:
We've updated the date range filters to now include the end date in the results.
