What's New?
Web Criteria Rating Page Updates
For users performing assessments on web, we've made a few changes to the Criteria Rating page to simplify the process of rating the criteria and adding relevant evidence and details.
Supporting Information Modal
We have replaced the old clunky Supporting Information page with a new modal, meaning that you will no longer be taken to a separate page to enter all your criteria rating details and evidence.
Within this modal, you will be able to:
- Input a Rating
- Mark for Review
- Select an Evidence Capture Method
- Add some wording as a Reason for Rating
- View a summary of Evidence already attached to this Criteria
- Attach new Evidence
- Select Evidence from the Evidence Library (if this feature is enabled for your company)
- View the history of previous ratings for this Criteria
- Clear the Rating, Evidence and Details for the Criteria for this Assessment, in case of any issues
Reason For Rating To Multiple Criteria
The Add Evidence to Multiple Criteria feature has been updated to include a Reason for Rating field within the 'Supporting Evidence' tab, allowing users to easily apply the same Reason for Rating to multiple Criteria at the same time.
Single Rating Per Criteria
Previously, you would be able to rate a single Criteria multiple times within the same assessment. However, this doesn't adhere to good practice of performing assessments, so we have updated the system to only allow a single rating to be applied to each Criteria within a single assessment. In turn, this has simplified several actions, and should hopefully reduce the skew of reporting data from users mistakenly rating Criteria they did not mean to.
Create Cycle With Only Recurring Assessments
Anyone using the Recurring Assessments feature will now be able to create Competency Cycles which only include Recurring Assessments, and don't enforce the creation of any static Assessments.
Reworded Assessment Completion Notification
It was noted that when an employee's assessment is marked as 'Not Competent', the assessment completion notification sent to the managers and assessors uses the term "Incompetent" rather than "Not Competent". We've updated this to use the correct terminology going forwards.
Bug Fixes
This release does not include any client raised bug fixes.
